These rules for the store, orders, delivery, payments, returns, complaints, user data, accounts and discount codes (§ 2,3,4,5,6,7,9.2,11,12) only apply to the aforementioned store, and not to any musical service provisions, musical commissions, modeling, or any other professional activity exerted by the company.

2. Products Offered

2.1. The store sells:

• Digital products – such as sheet music (PDF scores), audio files, or other digital downloads.

• Physical products – including stationery products, merchandise (e.g., books, t-shirts, mugs) when available.

2.2. Digital products are delivered electronically to the customer’s e-mail address immediately after payment.

2.3. Physical products are packaged by our means, and shipped with a third-party. Processing times typically take 3-6 business days. We reserve the right to take up to 25 business days to process the order (shortages, unavailabilities) from the date of payment confirmation, in which case the client is notified within 7 business days of payment confirmation.

3. Orders

3.1. Orders can be placed through the website 24/7.

3.2. To complete an order, the customer must fill out the order form and make the payment.

4. Payments

4.1. Payments are processed via external providers such as Stripe or PayPal.

4.2. All prices are shown in EURO (€) and include applicable taxes.

5. Delivery

5.1. Digital products are automatically sent to the customer’s e-mail address provided during the order.

5.2. Physical products are packaged by our means, and shipped with a third-party. Delivery times depend on the destination country, the third-party in use for the shipment destination, and stock availability.

5.3. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by couriers or postal services.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

6.1. Digital Products

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products (such as PDF scores or audio files) that are delivered immediately after purchase, with the customer’s prior consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right to withdraw.

• By completing the purchase of a digital product, the customer agrees that the file will be delivered right away and confirms that they waive the statutory 14-day withdrawal period.

6.2. Physical Products

• Physical products (e.g. stationery products, t-shirts, mugs) are generally non-returnable, except in cases where the product is defective or not as ordered (e.g. wrong print, damage).

• If a customer receives a defective product, they are entitled to a replacement or refund.

• Complaints about defective products must be made within 14 business days after receiving the order.

• The cost of returning defective products will be covered by us, and a replacement or refund will be issued once the returned item is received.

7. Complaints

7.1. If the product is defective or does not match the order, the customer may file a complaint.

7.2. Complaints about defective or incorrect products should be submitted via e-mail and must include a description of the problem and any relevant documentation (e.g. photos).

7.3. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 business days of receipt.

7.4. If the complaint concerns a product manufactured by a fulfillment partner, we will forward the complaint to them for resolution, as the manufacturing and fulfillment is handled externally.
